Mills Brewing Aceh: A single-barrel bottling of golden beer, originally brewed in November 2022 using a turbid mash, caramelised barley malt, and aged hops. Whole beans of an anaerobic honey-fermented Indonesian coffee—sourced and roasted locally by Nonis Coffee Roasters—were steeped in the beer for a few hours before final bottle conditioning.
