Domaine Eric Forest Bourgogne Blanc is a highly regarded, precise 100% Chardonnay white Burgundy produced by a standout star vigneron based in the village of Vergisson, in the southern reaches of the Mâconnais region. Eric Forest, an eighth-generation winegrower who trained under the legendary Jean-Marie Guffens, crafts this wine from organically and biodynamically farmed plots. It is widely considered an exceptional, high-value alternative to much more expensive bottles from the Côte d’Or.

Medium-bodied and lively. It leads with crisp acidity, presenting citrus and white orchard fruit alongside a gentle, buttery richness and a distinct saline, mineral finish. To build complexity, Forest often blends the base wine with a small amount of older-vine press wine from his Pouilly-Fuissé holdings.
