False Bay Bush Vine Pinotage is a highly regarded, budget-friendly South African red wine produced by Waterkloof Wines under the False Bay Vineyards label. Crafted by winemaker Nadia Langenegger, it is widely celebrated for its elegant, minimalist approach to Pinotage. The winemakers intentionally style it to be “more ‘Pino’ (Pinot Noir) than ‘Tage’ (Cinsault),” avoiding the heavy, overly jammy, or rubbery notes often associated with poorly made commercial Pinotage.
