Château de Caraguilhes “Le Cochon Volant” Blanc is a refreshing, certified organic white wine produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. The name translates to “The Flying Pig,” a playful reference to the local wild boars that sneak into the vineyards to eat the grapes before harvest.

The Viognier grapes offer an aromatic fullness featuring stone fruits like apricot and floral notes of acacia. This is balanced by the zesty, citrusy acidity and mineral crispness brought by the Vermentino and Colombard grapes.
