Amaro Averna is a classic, bittersweet Italian herbal liqueur (classified as an amaro) originating from Caltanissetta, Sicily, where it has been produced since 1868. Celebrated for its smooth, approachable character, it has an ABV of 29% and is famously consumed as a digestif after a hearty meal to aid digestion.
