Precision “Prototype” Zinfandel is a full-bodied California red wine produced by Trevor Sheehan’s Precision Wine Co.. Primarily sourced from old vines in the Lodi American Viticultural Area (AVA), it is known for its deep color, rich fruit profile, and smooth oak integration.
Mainly Zinfandel, blended with small amounts of Petite Syrah and Petit Verdot for added structure.
It has bold aromas of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, and plum. These blend with warm baking spices, vanilla, dark chocolate, and a touch of smoky oak.
