Skyphos Xinomavro is an organic, terroir-driven Greek red wine produced by the Artisans Vignerons de Naoussa, a cooperative union of sustainable growers in Macedonia, Northern Greece. The wine is a pure expression of Xinomavro (which translates to “sour black”), a noble but demanding grape variety frequently compared by wine enthusiasts to Nebbiolo (Barolo) or Pinot Noir due to its high acidity, powerful tannic structure, and excellent aging potential.
