“Skyphos” Assyrtiko is an organic, vegan-friendly Greek white wine produced by the Artisans Vignerons de Naoussa cooperative. While the Assyrtiko grape is traditionally famous for its origins on the volcanic island of Santorini, this expression brings the grape to the continental climate and clay-sand soils of Macedonia in Northern Greece.

Crisp, zesty, and highly saline. It features dominant flavors of lemon zest, white peach, and elderflower, rounded off with a distinct hint of gunpowder smoke on the finish
