Dolin Chambéryzette is a historic French strawberry aperitif created by Rosalie Dolin in 1902. It is made by blending the legendary Vermouth de Chambéry with wild alpine strawberry juice or liqueur, resulting in a lightly sweet, bright, and complex drink at 16% ABV.

Unlike many overly sugary fruit liqueurs, Chambéryzette preserves the crisp, herbaceous, and dry backbone of traditional French vermouth, balanced by the tart sweetness of mountain strawberries.
