The name “Trini” signifies “three”, highlighting the unique trio of casks used to mature and marry the spirit.
Ex-Bourbon Casks: Imparts classic notes of vanilla, rich honey, and sweet oak.
Ex-French Red Wine Casks: Adds deep structural tannins, hints of black tea, and dark berries.
Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry Casks: Infuses the whisky with intense tropical fruit notes, caramelized pineapple, and sweet raisins.
