Douglas Laing Big Peat is a highly popular Islay blended malt (formerly known as a “vatted malt”) Scotch whisky launched in 2009. It serves as the flagship expression of independent bottler Douglas Laing & Co.’s Remarkable Regional Malts range. The whisky is famous for its distinctive, caricature-style label featuring an Islay fisherman in a yellow jumper bracing against a strong coastal gale.
