The Paul Déthune Rosé Grand Cru Brut is an exceptional, deeply expressive grower Champagne crafted in the prestigious village of Ambonnay. Renowned for its rich structure and vibrancy, this multi-vintage rosé stands out due to its unique blending process, incorporating a massive library of reserve wines aged in local oak.

It features 30% to 50% reserve wines spanning across 40 different vintages, aged and vinified in large oak foudres (casks).

: Supple, fresh, and deeply textured. The ripe red berry profile is grounded by a distinct, chalky minerality, giving way to complex notes of black pepper, rosemary, and a long, powerful finish.
