Sotol de Hacienda de Chihuahua Plata is a premium, unaged Mexican spirit distilled from 100% wild-harvested Desert Spoon (Dasylirion wheeleri). Vibrant, crystal-clear cousin to tequila and mezcal, offering a highly distinct flavour profile shaped by the arid terroir of the Chihuahuan desert.

Made from slow-growing plants that take roughly 15 years to mature. The extracted sugars are fermented using unique champagne yeast. Triple-distilled in stainless steel stills and left unaged (Plata) to capture the purest expression of the plant.
