Sotol de Hacienda de Chihuahua Reposado is a premium, aged Mexican spirit crafted from 100% wild Sotol plants (Dasylirion wheeleri), commonly known as the Desert Spoon. Produced by the Elias Madero family in Chihuahua, Mexico, this specific expression is fermented with champagne yeast and aged for 5 to 6 months in French oak barrels. This aging process gives the clear spirit a beautiful pale golden hue and a complex flavor profile that serves as a fantastic alternative for adventurous tequila and mezcal enthusiasts.
