Tasting Notes

Yves Cuilleron has Syrah plantings across northern Rhone valley and this wine is a blend of grapes from different plots with aim to represent the essence of Syrah. Wine has a good backbone of blackberry with support of dark cherries and finished with a solid pinch of grounded black pepper. On palate is lush, juicy with spicy finish. Will pair well with roasted lamb and duck confit.
