Tasting Notes

Heavy petting is one of pet-nats made by Tim Wildman MW within his Autralian winemaking project called Wildman Wines. As a Nero d’Avola and Zibibbo blend it has an abundance of blackberry, dark cherry and plum notes kept in a fresh and tangy narration. Wine is finished with fine fizz and bone dry structure. Good pairing for dark chocolate and cured meats.
