This wine is made in a very traditional manner, with hand harvesting from 90 year old vines, 6 months skin maceration in tinajas (clay amphora) including 4 months under flor, no fining or filtration, and no added sulphites. Concentrated flavours, weight and texture on the palate. Kept super fresh by amazing acidity and saline minerality.
