Tasting Notes

The first release of Circumstantial Rye. This grain spirit is made from 51% rye and 49% malted barley. Fermented using mead and yeasts. 11 day fermentation. Aged on English oak spindles and first fill boubon casks previously used to age oolong tea leaves
A delicate and fresh rye. Lightly spiced summer apple cake with hints of violet flowers.
